These guys are THE BEST!!! CASEY D is so pleasant and assistive!!! I'll never go any place else...and what I love is when MANY OTHER LOCAL COMPANIES refused my job, Artic Air said, "no problem". So my swamp cooler is in excellent working order! Thank you!

Came back from a road trip to an AC not working and I was able to get someone here almost ASAP and got my unit working in no time(labor and part/s). Casey did an amazing job and he was really professional.

I called and scheduled appointment for repair on my evaporative cooler. I talked to a very nice gentleman. I received text day of appointment so I could track when the Technician would arrive. Technician Casey arrived right on time. He was so professional, helpful and friendly. He had my air running like brand new. I would highly recommend Arctic Air.

Charlie and his crew were awesome, super friendly, professional, picked up after their work, super helpful and did a very good job installing taking before during and after pics to show me, and offered a great financing option so it doesn't even hurt my wallet! Highly recommend!

I'm not a person who normally takes the time to leave reviews but I had to this time around. I have to start by saying how helpful and professional Charlie is. Charlie and Javier came by and were really thorough and just overall a really big help to myself and my family. Really can't thank Charlie enough for taking the extra time to help out and answer all the questions we had. Awesome guys and awesome service. Definitely recommend Artic air after my experience.

My office at Edwards AFB had an inherited (few yrs old, like 10) Ice Machine that decide to not work right and was running/sounding kinda wonky in general.I called ArticAir and within 2 days they (Casey) had come out, got it back up and turning out cubes like never before. Casey did a Fantastic job servicing and cleaning the machine, despite the fact that it had Not had any known service for at least +6yrs.On time, Great service Delivered; doesn’t get much better than that!!

I had these folks come out and clean my ducts and vents. They were quick to get out to my place and very friendly. They did a phenomenal job cleaning. Their work ethic is beyond what I expected. The guy who answered my call was also super friendly. It feels good to talk to someone who treats you like a human, not just a sale. You can tell these folks really care about their customers.

Love the professionalism of this company. They are always on time and have great employees. They arrived early and started working. They would answer any questions I had. They were careful not to track in the house and cleaned up when they were finished. On a scale of 1 to 10 they were 11. They were professional in their work, demeanor and appearance. I highly recommend this business for your future Heating and Cooling needs.

Tim, Casey and Jake are professional, very knowledgeable, punctual and highly qualified. They are attentive to our needs. On March 29, 2021, Arctic Air replaced our 20 year old evaporative cooler and on April 14, 2021, replaced our 32 year old HVAC unit. We are long time customers and highly recommend Arctic Air!

My husband and I are thrilled about our first experience with Arctic Air! We are selling our 30 year old home and had 3 things to bring up to code to pass inspections. One job with a general contractor, one with a plumber and one with a heating and air contractor. How I wish Arctic Air was the only one we had had to work with!From the friendly and knowledgeable Tiffany who answered the phone, our questions and scheduled our appt, to Tim who was professional, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable, we are very pleased and would highly recommend this business! My wife and I are the owners of a natural food store. Arctic Air replaced an existing commercial refrigerator/freezer. They did an excellent job, worked with our tight schedule, minimized disruption in the store and successfully handled all of the little things that come up when taking out an old system and replacing it with a brand new one. Pricing was competitive. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with Tiffany, Tim, and their whole team! Talk about good old fashioned service and care! Hottest day so far this summer, and the AC decided not to work. Called Tiffany and Tim came to my house within an hour and fixed it! Tim was super professional, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I’m sitting in my nice icy house now and I only called just over two hours ago! Also, the price was less than I was originally quoted! If only every business were so wonderful :)
