One Team for Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing
Home systems don’t always fail one at a time, and it isn’t always obvious which one is behind the trouble. Water around an air conditioner may come from a clogged condensate drain, a plumbing leak, or another source nearby. A leaking water heater can damage flooring, walls, and surrounding equipment. Finding the real cause comes first, before anyone starts replacing parts.
Our HVAC technicians repair, maintain, and replace air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps. Our plumbers work on water heaters, drains, leaks, sewer lines, piping, and fixtures. Keeping both trades under one roof means you’re not stuck calling one company for the AC and another for a leak. We sort out which system it is and take care of it.

What You Can Expect
Calling a company you haven’t worked with before takes a little trust, so here’s exactly what happens when you call us.
-
We start with the problem you noticed.
We ask what the system is doing, when the issue began, and whether there are immediate safety or property concerns. -
We test before making a recommendation.
The HVAC technician or plumber inspects the affected equipment and confirms the problem before discussing repair or replacement options. -
We explain what the inspection showed.
You’ll know what failed, what may have contributed to it, and what could happen if the problem is left unresolved. -
You approve the price before work begins.
We review the proposed work and pricing before replacing parts, opening walls, or beginning a larger repair. -
We answer 24/7.
A no-cool house in July or a cold one in January can’t always wait until the next business day. -

A picture is worth a thousand words - please read this and check out my pictures before you call this company! We have been customers of Arctic Air for years and this is the installation they performed at our home. Incomplete wiring, pieces taped in place, instead of fully removing the old unit the new swamp cooler is taped to pieces of the old unit - since this was done on our roof, we might have never known how bad the installation was but it caused a leak in our living room and we’ve been stuck in a nightmare ever since.
If we want repairs done through them then we just need to sign a form releasing them of all liability - would you sign off on a company that performed THIS work to come fix it?
• This was installed 6/6
• Arctic Air performed repairs on the new unit on 6/8 (it was flooding our side yard due to an incorrect valve placement)
• There was a leak in our living room on 6/14 and an Arctic Air tech confirmed it was their responsibility and management would follow up
To date, we are still going back and forth while things stay broken and damaged in our home. Save yourself this trouble!

Thanks for the response Arctic Air - as of 07/08/26, our request was not approved by management. If they have changed their mind, we would appreciate a commitment in writing (via email).

They just keep getting better! I know it can be difficult in these times to trust companies to truly take care of you, do solid work, all at a fair price, but this company does! Had Joe come out and inspect my A/C unit. He was very thoughtful, complete and accommodating. 5 star is not enough. He gave some great recommendations without any high pressure sales and I am completely happy with adding these features to my home through the best A/C company I have worked with by far. Call them, use them and find trust again! Thank you Joe!

The gentleman that came out the week before to diagnose the problem gave us same info as the So Cal Gas representative. But, in addition to saying we were fortunate to be alive and should keep the heater pilot off, he came back the next day with a portable heater for our use until new heater could be installed on Monday .

Repair, Replacement, and Maintenance
Not every problem means buying new equipment, and we won’t pretend it does. When a repair is practical, we explain what needs to be corrected and why. When a system is worn out, repeatedly failing, or too damaged to repair sensibly, we compare replacement options based on the home, the existing installation, and how the equipment will be used.
Maintenance can also catch small problems before they interrupt heating, cooling, or hot water. We inspect equipment, test operation, clean accessible components where included, and point out parts that are showing wear.
We service major HVAC and water-heating brands, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, York, Bosch, Rheem, American Standard, Amana, and others. Brand alone doesn’t determine whether equipment can be repaired, so we inspect the model and failed component before making that call.
